Page Scroll Master does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal information, browsing history, page content, or any other user data to external servers or third parties.
The extension uses Chrome’s built-in storage API (chrome.storage.sync) solely to save your preferences—such as scroll speed, button position, colors, and opacity settings. This data is stored locally in your browser and synced across your Chrome-signed-in devices through Google’s infrastructure. No settings data is ever transmitted to the extension developer.
The extension requests broad host permissions (<all_urls>) exclusively for the purpose of injecting floating scroll buttons into web pages. This permission is required for the core functionality of the extension. The extension does not read, intercept, collect, store, or transmit any content from the web pages you visit.
Page Scroll Master does not use any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or any other external services. There are no cookies, no trackers, and no external network requests.
This extension does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
If any changes are made to this privacy policy, they will be reflected in the updated version of the extension and on this policy page.
